Announcing Off The Hook’s New Summer Menu

grilled asparagus cobb salad with egg onion tomatoes at Off The Hook

Here at The Off The Hook Restaurant Group, we stand behind our slogan of “Fresh. Honest. Local.” Chef Christian Costantino took this especially seriously when designing Off The Hook’s new summer menu. Chef Christian hand picks locally grown ingredients so every menu item is fresh and delicious. Sourcing local veggies, fresh seafood, and using them to create unique menu items is something we’re extremely passionate about.

Our just out summer menu at Off The Hook in Bethany Beach, DE features new additions like the smashed beets appetizer, a grilled asparagus cobb salad, the spring pea salad, and our grilled tuna entree. The smashed beets appetizer uses beets from Celtic Acres Farm in Upper Marlboro, MD, roasted to perfection, hand smashed, and then mixed up with whipped herb goat cheese and shaved fennel. For our new grilled asparagus cobb salad we sourced fresh, locally grown asparagus from Fifer Orchards in Camden, DE. Combine local asparagus with other fresh ingredients like heirloom tomato, braised bacon, roasted corn chutney, and green goddess dressing for a luscious lunch or dinner. The spring pea salad mixes up English peas, sugar snap peas from East View Farms, green beans from Celtic Acres Farm, radish, dill ranch, and topped with a sweet and savory blood orange vinaigrette. Finally, our grilled tuna entree, served with red colusari rice, broccoli, sugar snaps, green onion ponzu, and other fresh veggies is one that must not be overlooked.

With many of our rotating vegetables coming from Berry Lovers Farm in Ocean View, DE and East View Farms in Roxana, DE, the freshness of these new menu items is apparent. Not only do we love supporting our local farms, we love the taste of fresh vegetables on our plates. Don’t take our word for it, come taste the Fresh.Honest.Local difference for yourself. Off The Hook in Bethany Beach, DE opens at 11:30 AM every day so we’ll let you be the judge.
